da Vinci Decathlon badges

Schools wanting to purchase the Decathlon pins for students blazers are able to do so by completed this form. Items can be collected from Knox reception or posted when available. Please note we can not arrange for the collection during the in person event.

Each Decathlon pin is $10 each and the postage will be $15 tracked packaged. Image is found at the bottom of the form for style of pin.

Badge orders will be process at the end of each month and notification sent to you when they are being shipped or available for collection.

Invoices will be generated and sent to your school for payment, please provide a remittance of payment to biemans@knox.nsw.edu.au. Should you wish to pay via credit card, please contact out finance office for payment on 02 9487 0122
